Saint Lucia Tourism Authority extends Easter greetings, wishes for citizens’ prosperity
Saint Lucia Tourism Authority greeted the people of the island nation on the occasion of Easter on Sunday. They extended a heartfelt wishes and blessings to all the people and prayed for their good health and prosperity.

Castries: Saint Lucia Tourism Authority (SLTA) greeted the people of the island nation on the occasion of Easter on Sunday. They extended a heartfelt wishes and blessings to all the people and prayed for their good health and prosperity.
Easter is the perfect time to cherish the beautiful landscape, rich heritage and vibrant culture of the Saint Lucia. The Tourism Authority took to their official social media handle (Facebook) to extend the wishes on the Easter.
“Happy Easter from the Saint Lucia Tourism Authority! As we celebrate this joyous occasion, may the spirit of Easter fill your hearts with hope, love, and renewal. Just as the flowers bloom and the birds sing, may this season bring new beginnings and abundant blessings to you and your loved ones”, added SLTA.
The SLTA invited the people to experience the warmth of their sun-kissed beaches and explore the lush rainforest. Saint Lucia offers mouth-watering cuisine from their well-experienced chefs.
On the eve of Easter, the citizens of the island nation urged to follow the path of kindness and generosity and spread the feeling of brotherhood.
“As we reflect on the significance of this special day, let us also remember the values of compassion, kindness, and generosity. Let’s extend a hand of friendship to those in need and spread love and joy wherever we go”, SLTA remarked.
The Prime Minister of Saint Lucia, Philip J Pierre also took to his official Facebook handle to exchange Easter wishes with the people of the nation. He stated that the resurrection of the Jesus is a constant reminder of his love and promise of eternal life.

The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Tourism, Ernest Hilaire shared the Easter celebration glimpses at St Bendict’s Church. Afterwards, a cricket match was organised at the Ciceron Playing Field.

Tourism Minister Hilaire, who is also serving as a Member of Parliament for Castries South, also visited Marigot, where the first Children’s Easter bonanza was held and at Tunnel Road for the Children, Easter Fun Day. The events were hosted by Bernette and Natasha, respectively.

The people around the island wished the Prime Minister through their comments on Facebook. Some of the comments read as,
“Happy Easter to you and family Comrade Prime Minister, may God’s richest blessing’s guide you as you continue to keep “PUTTING THE PEOPLE FIRST”, commented one.
“Thank you my Prime Minister and many happy returns to you and your family and I pray that the Lord will grant you many blessings upon your life”, quoted another FB user.
