Carnival Planning and Management Committee seeks proposal of services for Saint Lucian Carnival

Castries, Saint Lucia: The Carnival Planning and Management Committee has extended an invitation to reputable organizations to submit their proposals to offer a wide array of services for Saint Lucian Carnival 2024. The Carnival will take place from 1st July to 17th August 2024 and promises to offer several entertaining activities to all the attendees of the event.

The Government of Saint Lucia has requested proposals for the staging of national events at various venues across the island. The successful proposal must demonstrate an understanding of the needs and objectives of the CPMC. 

The proposal should fulfill the conditions of all the requirements as it should demonstrate experience, qualifications, and capabilities, and subsequently, the authorities have promised to offer competitive prices and value for the services provided. 

The services which are required for the events include Venue and roadside cleaning, electric installation, Plumbing services, Security services, Catering services, Event décor services, Mobile Washrooms, Concert Production including Backline, Stage and Lighting FOH, Promotional Video Production Services, and Event Production Services. 

The events for which the services are required include

• National Carnival Queen Pageant
• Calypso Semi-Finals 
• National Groovy Monarch Semi-Finals 
• Inter-Commercial Calypso Competition
• National Soca and Groovy Monarch 
• National Calypso Monarch 
• National Panorama Competition
• National King and Queen of the Bands 
• J’Ouvet 
• National Parade of the Bands 
• National Junior Carnival 
• National Schools Calypso Competition 
• National Schools Panorama Competition

The c will offer a plethora of experiences to all the attendees of the event. It will host several activities and events with the motive to entertain the audience to a great extent. The Carnival includes the National Carnival Queen Pageant which will offer several opportunities for the beauties of the island nation to showcase their talent, abilities and skills. 

Moreover, several local artists will grace the occasion through their electrifying performances and set the stage on fire. 

The Saint Lucian Carnival 2024 is also a huge platform for local citizens to generate revenue by promoting and selling their local goods.
