Saint Lucia Restaurant Week to offer mouthwatering adventure

Saint Lucia: The mouthwatering adventure in Saint Lucia is all ready to let people embark on the journey of deliciousness through Saint Lucia Restaurant Week from today to April 28, 2024. This event invites the people from all around the world to explore the rich and diverse organic flavors of the country that have drawn inspiration from African, American, European, Indian and Caribbean cuisines.

The restaurant week of Saint Lucia promises to offer super delicious seafood from coastal regions. This as well is bound to offer extremely rich in taste food that would surely give the best treat to senses. Under this, the national favorite dish: green figs and salt fish that are available at restaurants across the island.

During the Restaurant week, one will get the treat with all the farm to table delights, complimentary beverages with all exclusive discounts.

Considerably, this year, the celebration of this restaurant week is so special because a celebrity chef, Shorne Benjamin who was born in Saint Lucia will be the part. The chef will grace the show on April 21 and between April 24 to 28, 2024. Chef Shorne will feature a 5-course dinner experience at the Pavilion in Soufriere. He as well will serve his signature dish; oxtail grilled cheese in specially priced meals.

Adding to it, there will be several participant restaurants and the specials included. That are as follows:

  • The Pavilion Restaurant at Caille Blanc Villa and Hotel – Chef Shorne will feature a special 5 course dinner experience under USD $150 per person. And, the timing for the same will be  5-8  pm. Similarly, from April 24 to 28, the chef will feature oxtail grilled cheese with 3 course lunch under USD $50 per person, and a 4 course dinner under USD $65 per person.
  • Kaylargo Italian – This resort is located in Rodney Bay, is a family owned restaurant. This  is known for having the Best Pizza and serving up Italian food and vegan options. There will be Margherita Classic Italian 12 inch cheese pizza under $20EC. And, Happy Hour as well will be hosted from 6-7 pm from April 21-28, 2024.. 
  • The Thirsty Parrot – This is located on Pigeon Island Beach that serves the delightful local cuisine on the Island.
  • Artisan Restaurant – The Artisan Restaurant blends local flavors and international influences. It is located at Vieux Fort overlooking the Hewanorra International Airport. At the place, one can have 1 complimentary glass of wine or champagne and get a discount of 10% on the departure package.
