interCaribbean Airways named World’s Leading Regional Airline

interCaribbean Airways has been named the World’s Leading Regional Airline at the World Travel Awards 2024. 

The award ceremony took place on Sunday, 24th November, 2024 at Madeira, Portugal. 

While collecting the award on behalf of the airline Chairman and Founder of interCaribbean Airways, Lyndon Gardiner expressed his excitement. Gardiner referred to it as the victor for the entire Caribbean region.

CEO Trevor Sadler said that their hearts are filled with utmost pride and excitement on being named as the ‘World’s Leading Regional Airline’.

He added that this award is a testament to their unwavering commitment and dedication towards connecting people, places and cultures of the Caribbean region. 

The CEO noted that their big win at the World Travel Awards 2024 outlines the warm hospitality and world-class services offered by them to all their passengers.

Dedicating this award to the staff members and passengers of the interCaribbean family, CEO Sadler said that this victory is not just limited to them but to every member who have played a crucial role in showcasing their excellence to the world.

He recognized the efforts of ground staff, flight crews as well as their loyal customers who have helped them in displaying the rich and high-quality services on an international platform.

World Travel Awards

World Travel Awards are the prestigious awards which are conducted annually and acknowledge, reward and celebrate excellence across all sectors of the global travel and tourism industry.

The winner of this award is selected on the basis of the voting system. The votes come from an international jury of hospitality experts and peers as well as the consumer travel buyer.
