Castries, Saint Lucia: Deputy Prime Minister of the Saint Lucia and Minister of Tourism – Ernest Hilaire, has expressed gratitude as the nation has been nominated for six industry gold standard honours. The minister shared an update on social media and informed about all the six categories.
As per the update, Saint Lucia is presented with the opportunity to be recognized for the industry’s gold standard in global travel at the 30th anniversary of the World Travel Awards, with nominations for six prestigious 2023 titles; Caribbean’s Leading Adventure Tourism Destination, Caribbean’s Leading Cruise Destination, Caribbean’s Leading Destination, Caribbean’s Leading Honeymoon Destination, Caribbean’s Leading Luxury Island Destination, and Caribbean’s Leading Nature Destination.
