PM Pierre holds talks with HE Adel AI Jubeir, highlights measures for nation’s development

                                                    Castries, Saint Lucia: Prime Minister Philip J Pierre held a discussion with HE Adel AI Jubeir, who serves as Minister of State for Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, on Thursday. The meeting focused on exploring measures for the overall development of Saint Lucia.
Prime Minister Pierre expressed his pleasure in welcoming Minister Jubeir and spoke on various topics of concern. The primary focus is to explore areas of cooperation in renewable energy, technological change and educational sector development.
The meeting took place on the sidelines of the 46th Regular meeting of CARICOM in Guyana. The Prime Minister of Saint Lucia took to his official social media handle (Facebook) to share an update on his meeting with Saudi Arabia’s officials.
“On the side-lines of the 46th Regular Meeting of the CARICOM Conference of Heads of State, I met with H.E., Minister of State for Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia- Adel AI Zuber.
I look forward to exploring areas of cooperation in renewable energy, education and economic and technological transformation for the people of Saint Lucia”, added Prime Minister Pierre.

The leader of Saint Lucia and Minister Jubeir explored opportunities for collaboration on additional areas of mutual interest, which will strengthen the bilateral relations of both nations.
Furthermore, this productive meeting is expected to have positive outcomes for the development of Saudi Arabia and Saint Lucia. Minister Jubeir expressed his commitment and extended support on behalf of his country to help Saint Lucia achieve its resilient goals.
