King Charles conveyed condolences to countries affected by Beryl
King Charles III of the United Kingdom has sent his deepest condolences to the Caribbean countries and people affected by the disaster and also for the lives lost.

Caribbean countries have lately encountered the destructive and monstrous Hurricane Beryl which left them devastated. King Charles III of the United Kingdom has sent his deepest condolences to the Caribbean countries and people affected by the disaster and also for the lives lost.
On Thursday, in a statement King Charles said that his prayers and thoughts are with the affected regions. He said that he and his family had been profoundly saddened to the knowledge grabbed about the havoc and destruction brought by Hurricane Beryl across the Islands of Caribbean. He added that he along with his family have sent their deepest and heartfelt condolences to families and the friends of the ones who have lost their lives due to Beryl.

Several islands that have been affected by the storm are still tied to the British monarchy as a part of the 15 Commonwealth realm countries. Thus, the King’s statement was to convey support to the fellow countries. Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Grenada, Jamaica, Antigua and Barbuda are some of the Caribbean countries of the 15 Commonwealth realms.
In his statement King Charles also added that he could see a spirit of solidarity and resilience among the people across the destructed Caribbean regions in response to the devastation that can be seen all around. He also took the chance to convey his gratitude to the volunteers and emergency services who have come forward for the support and for their efforts to rescue and recover the affected.
The King said that at this point of most difficult times he wants the people to know that his special thoughts condolences and prayers are with all those who have lost their lives, those who lost their business or livelihoods and for the loss of property after the passage of Hurricane Beryl.
The Caribbean countries have seen loss of lives that has counted up to 9 till this point.
