Caribbean Airlines added another prestigious accolade to its collection as they received the esteemed APEX (Airline Passenger Experience Association) Four Star Major Airline rating for 2024. This recognition shed light on the accomplishments achieved by the airline and their commitment towards providing an exceptional and high-quality experience to all its customers.
The winner of this award was decided solely on the basis of passengers rating. Therefore, this exemplary and second consecutive win by the Caribbean Airlines is a testament to their services that have performed exceptionally well and stand out on the expectations of the customers.
The award was accepted by Christina de Sousa, Caribbean Airlines Manager, Customer Attention on behalf of the airline at the APEX Ceremony in Long Beach, California.
The APEX Four-Star Airline Awards are the global accolades which are unique and are entirely based on impartial, third-party passenger feedback. These are independently certified and are gathered through APEX’s partnership with TripIt® from Concur®, the most widely used travel-organizing app in the world. As per the details, the passengers rated around 1 million flights with nearly 600 airlines worldwide and only 8% of them achieved the acknowledgement of the Four-Star rating.
After winning this distinguished honour, the Chief Executive Officer of the Caribbean Airline, Garvin Medera extended gratitude. He said that this acknowledgement shed light on the confidence of the passengers on them.
He further said that they are committed and focused on providing the best and most consistent and comfortable travel experiences to all their customers. He added that this recognition at an APEX Four Star rating is not just a reward but also a source of motivation for them to keep raising their standards in their services to the Caribbean and beyond.
The CEO further thanked their customers for their crucial vote of confidence to Caribbean Airline. He also appreciated his employees and reiterated their commitment of working together with commitment and passion.
He stated that this award shed light on the invaluable hard work and dedication of their employees. CEO Garvin Medera also highlighted about the efforts taken by the industry partners and stakeholders in ensuring the success of the Caribbean Airlines.
Caribbean Airlines is the owned airline and flag carrier of Trinidad and Tobago and Jamaica. Its headquarters is in Puerto Rico, which was established in 2006. Since then, the airline has been providing services to several Caribbean nations, enhancing their connectivity and making it accessible for the visitors to explore the region.
