The Airlines is well known for their user-friendly services that are inclusive of free in-flight entertainment, plenty of seating space, lots of legroom comfort, snacks, and beverages.

These services have made the airline a favorite among travelers, and its entry into SVG is likely to further the tourism industry in the island by attracting more tourists from major markets, including the United States and beyond.

The arrangements for JetBlue operation in SVG are being finalized when the global travel industry is gradually making a recovery from the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.

As travel restrictions are relaxed and more demand for leisure travel flows back, JetBlue’s entry of service to SVG will come at just the right time as travelers look for new and exciting destinations. The decision, therefore, to have a partnership between JetBlue and AIA is strategic and important for Argyle International Airport in the region.

Since its opening in 2017, AIA has been a very useful asset in helping improve SVG’s connectivity to enhance economic development and in promoting the islands as a hotspot for tourists. As momentum gains, residents and frequent travelers to SVG eagerly await further details of JetBlue’s launch date and routes.

It is foreseen that the coming of JetBlue services will not only avail new air services but also have a positively contributing economic impact and foster growth in the tourism and hospitality sectors.
