Dominica set to welcome 25,000 cruise visitors in a week as tourism season starts
Dominica officially kicked off their 2024-2025 cruise season with the arrival of Celebrity Summit on 9th October, 2024.

Dominica is all geared up to receive more than 25,000 cruise visitors within the next one week. As per reports, over 14 cruises are set to berth at different ports from 25 November to 1st December.
The Dominica Ministry of Tourism shared the comprehensive time-table of the cruise ships. The major disembarkment will witness the arrival of nine ships from MV cruises alone among other liners.
People are excited to kickstart the tourism season to know that Dominica will remain busy throughout the week, with at least one vessel scheduled to arrive each day in coming days.
Shedding light on the arrival of cruises, the tourism authority said that they are aiming to welcome a large number of passengers to the island nation, making their visit to the country unforgettable.

Dominica Cruise Season 2024-2025
Dominica officially kicked off their 2024-2025 cruise season with the arrival of Celebrity Summit on 9th October, 2024. The opening ceremony was celebrated with a plaque exchange ceremony held between the Discover Dominica Authority and Crew members, took place on board the ship.
The 2024-2025 cruise season is expected to be vibrant for Dominica, as the authorities are looking forward to welcoming 235 cruise calls, bringing around 375,000 passengers. Along with that, 12 vessels are expected to make their inaugural visits to the shores of the country.
The authorities reiterated their commitment to mark the beginning of what is hoped to be a fruitful and healthy relation between the vessels and the nation.
Authorities looking forward to showcase diverse hotspots of nation
The Dominica Ministry of Tourism said that they are looking forward to attracting thousands of passengers and showcase the best of Dominica to them. Authorities said that they are all set to display the breathtaking landscapes and warm hospitality, to all the attendees, making their experience unforgettable.
The Ministry mentioned about the lush rainforests, waterfalls and warm island vibes of Dominica and said that they are committed to provide an experience like no other to all the attendees.
