Dominica: PM Skerrit heeds prepratory work of Clear Harbor Call Center site
On Friday, Prime Minister Dr Roosevelt Skerrit led a site visit to the Clear Harbor Call Center to heed the preparatory works ahead of the formal opening early next year.

                                                    Roseau, Dominica: The government is joining hands with Clear Harbor to assist the company in expanding its services in Portsmouth too. On Friday, Prime Minister Dr Roosevelt Skerrit led a site visit to the Clear Harbor Call Center to heed the preparatory works ahead of the formal opening early next year.

In the upcoming year, Clear Harbour plans to expand its staff supplement at the Picard branch to 300 by May 2022.
The Dominican government also covers the cost of renovating the establishment as it plans to commence its operations.
During his visit, Prime Minister met and gained an update on the work from the Clear Harbor representatives, Margaret Seaman Rabess, Facilities Manager and Avril Karam, Regional Director, Human Resources.
Clear Harbor provides high-performance customer care services from its Caribbean centres in Grenada, Dominica and St Vincent, including direct services (customer-facing/interacting) and indirect services (administrative tasks, back-office processes).
This expansion of the firm will surely strengthen the economy of the island by providing job opportunities for the locals also.
