Caribbean Airlines named for Best Airline Staff Service at World Airline Award
Caribbean Airlines has been named as the Best Airline Staff Service in Central America and Caribbean at the prestigious 2024 World Airline Awards which took place on 24th June at Fairmont Windsor Park.

Caribbean Airlines has been named as the Best Airline Staff Service in Central America and Caribbean at the prestigious 2024 World Airline Awards which took place on 24th June at Fairmont Windsor Park.
This award is a testament to the unwavering commitment and dedication of the management of Caribbean Airlines towards offering memorable and comfortable experience to all their travellers.
Garvin Medera, the CEO of Caribbean Airlines expressed gratitude on winning the award and stated that this achievement shed light on the dedication, passion and hard work of the entire staff. He further noted that every member of Caribbean Airlines has always been focused towards creating a memorable travel experience for all their passengers by offering them exceptional services.
He remarked that it is a huge honour for them and it fuels their commitment to continue to fulfil their customer satisfaction and provide them with best amenities.
Notably, this award event was hosted by Skytrax which is the international air transport rating organization. The CEO of Skytrax, Edward Plaisted extended congratulations to Caribbean Airlines on winning the award and stated that this service and hospitality accolade should be a source of pride for the management and staff of Caribbean Airlines.
World Airline Awards are famously considered as the Oscars of the aviation industry. The travellers from all over the world participates every year in the world’s largest airline passenger satisfaction survey to decide the winners of World Airline Award.
More than 100 customer nationalities participated in the 2023/24 survey and around 21.42 million people counted in the results. Survey entries were screened to identify IP and user information and delete all the duplicate or ineligible entries. In the final award results, more than 350 airlines were featured.
The online customer survey operated from September 2023 to May 2024, and the invitations to fill the data were sent to the respondents of the previous year. The customer survey was provided in several languages including, English, Spanish, Russian, Japanese, Chinese and French in order to get a greater quality of data.
Caribbean Airlines is one of the leading air carriers of the Caribbean region which offers its services to several island nations. The airline has been lauded by its several passengers as they took to their social media accounts and extended congratulations to them on claiming the award.
