Dominica shines at Condé Nast Traveler’s 2024 Readers, jumps to 11th spot
Dominica claimed the 11th spot with 88.65 points behind nations including, Bermuda, Anguilla, St. Barts, Saint Lucia, Jamaica, Nevis, Turks and Caicos, United States Virgin Island, Aruba and British Virgin Islands and above Puerto Rico, Cayman Islands, Barbados, Curacao, Antigua, Grenada, Bahamas, St. Maarten and Bonaire.

For the second consecutive year, Dominica shined at the Condé Nast Traveler’s 2024 Readers’ Choice Awards, climbing to the 11th position from 15th in 2023. This recognition is a huge testament to the unwavering commitment of the authorities towards making the island nation, a premier destination for all the travellers.
Dominica claimed the 11th spot with 88.65 points behind nations including, Bermuda, Anguilla, St. Barts, Saint Lucia, Jamaica, Nevis, Turks and Caicos, United States Virgin Island, Aruba and British Virgin Islands and above Puerto Rico, Cayman Islands, Barbados, Curacao, Antigua, Grenada, Bahamas, St. Maarten and Bonaire.
This recognition and improvement from 15th position in 2023 to 11th in 2024 shed light on the popularity that the island nation has gained among travellers. Such development also focuses on the commitment undertaken by the tourism authority towards environmental preservation and sustainable tourism.

Moreover, the Conde Nast Traveller recognized Dominica in September/October issue as well, featuring the breathtaking landscapes and vibrant community of the country on its cover page. Such acknowledgement reflects its growing appreciation and interest among travellers as a tourist destination.
This achievement by Dominica plays a huge role in setting the stage for the future growth in tourism and sustainability initiatives of the island nation.
Moreover, the island nation has been taking several significant initiatives with a vision to foster sustainable tourism and elevating the nation to greater heights. The Tranquility Hotel Resorts and Spa, Cruise Village, Cabrits Marina Super Yacht are few highly anticipated projects that will also play a crucial role in attracting large number of visitors.
