Caribbean leaders join signing ceremony of Save Soil MoU with Sadhguru
The prominent leaders of the Caribbean region has witnessed the signing of the first-ever Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Sadhguru Jagadish Vasudev, the founder of Conscious Planet.

Caribbean: The prominent leaders of the Caribbean region has witnessed the signing of the first-ever Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Sadhguru Jagadish Vasudev, the founder of Conscious Planet. The signing event was virtually attended by Prime Minister of St. Kitts and Nevis – Dr Timothy Harris, Prime Minister of the Commonwealth of Dominica – Roosevelt Skerrit and Prime Minister of St Lucia – Philip J. Pierre.
Sadhguru stated that it is a historic moment as the ‘pearls of the ocean signed the first-ever Save Soil MoU’. He also asked the government of four Caribbean nations to inspire the world with their commitment to soil revitalization.

Following the signing, Caribbean Prime Ministers expressed their pleasure.
St Kitts and Nevis PM Dr Timothy Harris stated that he is glad to participate in the virtual event. PM Harris was accompanied by the Caricom Integration Unit in the office of Prime Minister – Samuel Berridge.
“Pleasure to have joined colleague Heads of government viz Gaston Browne (Antigua and Barbuda) Roosevelt Skerritt( Dominica), Pierre Philip (St Lucia) in joining Conscious Planet founder by Sadhguru Jagadish Vasudev in a project to Save Soil.
Samuel Berridge of the Caricom Integration Unit in the office of Prime Minister accompanied me in the virtual meeting,” Prime Minister stated.
The government of Antigua and Barbuda outlined the benefits of the Save Soil movement and noted, “Today, Prime Minister the Hon. Gaston Browne met with world renowned Yogi, Sadhguru Jagadish Vasudev, Founder of Conscious Planet and International Soca Star Machel Montano, ahead of the launch of a global ecological campaign, “Save Soil movement”. The Save Soil movement aims to educate the public about the vital role that SoilSoil plays in the Planet’s sustainable future with the objective of effecting Policy Redirection in the Democratic World.”
The event was witnessed by International Soca Star Machel Montano, Molwyn Joseph, Minister of Health, Wellness and the Environment, Samantha Marshall, Minister of Agriculture Fisheries and Barbuda Affairs and the Honorary Consul of India, Mr Vijay Tewani.
