Barbados Immunisation Unit shares update on weekly vaccination schedule on May 16
Barbados: The total number of persons with at least one dose is 162,036 (70.9 percent of the eligible population), as per the National Vaccination Programme for COVID-19.

Barbados: The total number of persons with at least one dose is 162,036 (70.9 percent of the eligible population), as per the National Vaccination Programme for COVID-19.
The total number of fully vaccinated persons is 152,357 (66,771 males and 85,586 females), representing 56.2 percent of the total population, or 66.7 percent of the eligible population. The eligible population represents those persons who are 12 years and older.
To keep up with this vaccination pace and ease the process, the Immunisation Unit of Barbados has shared the weekly vaccination schedule. As per the immunisation schedule, on Saturday, the vaccination camps will not provide vaccination against COVID-19.

The vaccinations available at the polyclinics and vaccination centres of the country are Pfizer, Sinopharm and Johnson & Johnson. The vaccines will be available at the scheduled time.
