St Kitts and Nevis to host Diaspora Conference, PM Drew invites nationals for sustainable future
It is being conducted with a vision to gather hundreds of St Kitts and Nevis nationals sharing in four exciting days of dialogue and interaction under the theme “Diasporic Synergies in a Sustainable Island State.”

Basseterre, St Kitts and Nevis: The Prime Minister of St Kitts and Nevis, Dr Terrance Drew extended invitation to all the Kittitians and Nevisians, living abroad for the 2024 Saint Kitts and Nevis Diaspora Conference.
This conference has been scheduled to take place in the island nation from 14th to 18th September 2024 at the St Kitts Marriott Resort. It is being conducted with a vision to gather hundreds of St Kitts and Nevis nationals sharing in four exciting days of dialogue and interaction under the theme “Diasporic Synergies in a Sustainable Island State.”
While extending an invitation to all the residents, the Prime Minister stated that it is a great opportunity for the nationals to connect, collaborate, and share their ideas for developing the nation to greater heights. He also urged all the citizens of the country to unite together and work collaboratively to help St Kitts and Nevis become a sustainable island state.
“I invite you to join us for the second St. Kitts and Nevis Diaspora Conference and urge you to use this opportunity to connect with fellow nationals, share ideas and collaborate on solutions for a thriving future,” noted Prime Minister Terrance Drew.
He further asserted that this conference will explore several themes like renewable energy, education, investment and healthcare with a motive to elevate all the sectors of the island nation and lead St Kitts and Nevis towards its goal of building a stronger and resilient nation.
The Prime Minister stated that this conference would also bring experts from these departments who would lead the discussions on how the diasporas can play a huge role in making St Kitts and Nevis’ sustainable island state agenda successful.
PM Drew stated that this conference is a great platform for the engagement between petitions and divisions living abroad and the residents of the country who are passionate about the island nation and dreaming of a sustainable future for the St. Kitts and Nevis. He continued to say that those diasporas can take advantage of that opportunity and stage to utilize it and share their ideas on leading St Kitts and Nevis towards their agenda of becoming a sustainable island state.
The Prime Minister asked all the nationals to not miss this significant opportunity and urged them to be a part of this crucial exchange of dialogues in the conference for creating a brighter tomorrow for the Federation of St Kitts and Nevis.
