Seajays Swim Club claims championship of Rodney Heights Aquatic Centre Invitational Swim Meet
Seajays Swim Club became the champion of the 24th edition of the Rodney Heights Aquatic Centre (RHAC) Invitational Swim Meet.

Castries, Saint Lucia: Seajays Swim Club became the champion of the 24th edition of the Rodney Heights Aquatic Centre (RHAC) Invitational Swim Meet. A four-day championship was held from 11th to 14th April 2024 in which over 340 swimmers representing 24 clubs from seven different Caribbean nations competed against each other to claim the winner’s title.
The Invitational swim meet is conducted every year with the motive of offering a great platform for the participants to showcase their abilities and techniques.
Along with that, it also plays a significant role in enhancing physical and mental health which builds endurance and improves flexibility. It is also the best form of exercise in order to relax and enjoy a peaceful time.
By conducting such competitions, the Rodney Heights Aquatic Centre aims to highlight the importance of swimming and provide access to all those individuals who desire to learn and excel at the sport.
The top 10 spots secured by Rodney Heights Aquatic Centre (RHAC) Invitational Swim Meet
- Seajays Swim Club of Saint Lucia secured the first position by amassing 821 points.
- The second position was secured by Shoelcher Natation of Martinique with 819 points.
- Longvillers Club of Lamentin, Martinique claimed the third spot with 626.50 points.
- Sharks Swim Club of Saint Lucia secured the fourth spot with 574 points.
- Seaside Aquatic Barbados claimed the fifth position with 568.50 points.
- Lightning Aquatic of Saint Lucia secured the sixth spot with 566 points.
- Blue Marlins of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines secured the seventh spot amassing 509 points.
- Pirates Swim Club of Barbados claimed the eighth position, securing 488 points.
- High Tide Stingrays Swim Club of Barbados secured the ninth spot with 354.50 points.
- The tenth spot was secured by Alpha Sharks Swim Club of Barbados with 190 points.
The residents of the island nation have also extended congratulations to Seajays Swim Club for claiming the championship and the other participants for their exceptional performances in the Invitational Swim Meet.
Moreover, the event was attended by several people which were offered a plethora of experiences, who appreciated the management for hosting such competitions which not only ensure entertainment but also development among the citizens of the nation.
Such swim meets also promote healthy relations between the players from different nations as they get a chance to learn from each other’s experiences.
