Saint Lucia hosts “Inspire Series in Dominica”, aims to foster connectivity

Castries, Saint Lucia: Saint Lucia’s Tourism Authority along with Bay Garden Resorts and Zoetry Marigot Bay successfully hosted the Inspire Series in Dominica. The event was conducted with a vision to foster collaboration and strengthen relations between both the nations.
Christopher Gustave, Marketing Manager for the Caribbean, Events, and Sports led the event along with the support of Geraine Georges, Public Relations Manager. The Inspire Series in Dominica brought several delegates to hold significant discussions on the measures to enhance the tourism section of both Dominica and Saint Lucia. The authorities aim to foster their connectivity and build strong partnerships that could benefit both the nations as a whole.
The event was attended by several delegates including, industry stakeholders, travel advisors, members of the Dominica Association of Industry and Commerce, representatives for L’Express Des Îles and Sunrise Airways, trade partners, accommodation providers, angro-processors and event producers.
The event featured presentations on several crucial topics which aims to foster dialogue between both the nations and enhance their innovation and collaboration within the tourism sector. The topics that were discussed in the presentation include, tourism trends, strategies for sustainable growth, opportunities for joint ventures and many more.
The ministry also held a ‘Lunch N Learn’ session with the government and private sector agencies which was further followed by a consumer engagement event at The Realm. The Lunch N Learn session played a huge role in allowing all the attendees to learn about Saint Lucia and win exciting prizes, including a VIP bag filled with exclusive offers.
The offers include, branded merchandise, a two-night stay at Bay Gardens Resort, a grand prize trip for two to Saint Lucia, courtesy of Sunrise Airways, Zoetry Marigot Bay and many more.
Such Inspire Series shed light on the unwavering commitment and dedication of the Saint Lucia Tourism Authority towards promoting tourism and fostering partnership with other Caribbean nations. By attracting large number of visitors for such kind of events, Saint Lucia aims to enhance their economic conditions which leads them towards growth and development.
