The popular restaurant named Raasta Bombay came up with its menu of Caribbean taste. The restaurant, situated in Mumbai, India, started serving visitors again after reopening with a completely fresh look.
Raasta Bombay is a multi-level bar and eatery which also provides rooftop seating with city views to its guests. The restaurants also feature a complete environment for friends and families, with live sports screenings and dance floors.
After revisiting its business style, Raasta Bombay diverted its focus to a vibrant atmosphere and a special experience for the people coming to dine. Food being the major part of their business, they concentrated on Caribbean-inspired cuisine to stand out in the market.
With this move, the heads of the restaurant are moving ahead with their approach to give a taste of authentic Caribbean flavors to the Indian people. India, as a home to rich flavors, tastes, and cuisine, still has a place for foreign food, and Caribbean cuisine will easily make space there.
Since the launch of the restaurant for the first time in 2016, the vision of the owner was very clear to establish the place as a hub of community and entertainment. Following the aim, the restaurant always served as more than just being a restaurant.
The move of Raasta Bombay to dedicate the menu to a special Caribbean-inspired cuisine must not be seen as an exceptional move. The reason behind that is the locality of the city where the restaurant is situated is in the heart of entertainment, where music and many Caribbean-loved legends are appreciated.
The people can observe the places dedicated to the music legends like Jimi Hendrix, Bob Dylan, and Bob Marley. So, the move made by Raasta Bombay is well planned and executed in the right direction. The chances of the success of the restaurant with a new look are expected to be very high.
Joy Singh, the founder and owner of Raasta Bombay, said about his approach with the resturant, “The vision was simple yet ambitious: to offer patrons a fresh perspective, enhanced food and beverage offerings, and a more immersive atmosphere.”
After the renovation, the restaurant not just added a Caribbean touch but now also carries the capacity to host more guests. The features of dining and entertainment are also improved, however, it will keep helping guests enjoy live music and the vibrant energy of the city.
The designers of the new look for Raasta Bombay kept raw and earthy tones along with a hint of culture. The selected style of artifacts and sculptures is also placed strategically while maintaining an energetic and relaxed atmosphere.
