Roseau, Dominica: The loss of Ferdina Frampton, a prominent personality in the media industry, has saddened the country. PM Roosevelt Skerrit and Minister Melissa Skerrit extend their condolences on this major loss to the country.
The PM mentioned that the contributions she has offered to broadcasting and telecommunications are exceptional. And, she has even influenced many lives, that it is very hard to accept and bear this loss.
Ferdina Frampton has also been a host of the ‘In the Spotlight Radio Show’ and an image of Flow Dominica. Her passion towards her work and community engagements have influenced many. Also, her personality, professionalism, dedication and commitment have laid a strong impact on the media practitioners in Dominica.
“Her loss is a profound one for the media fraternity and for our country, and she leaves behind an enduring legacy,” quoted the PM in Ferdina Frampton’s honor.
“She was indeed a beautiful soul and we pray for solace in this time of sadness for her loved ones,” said Minister Melissa Skerrit.
Also, she remembered the contributions of Ferdina Frampton and the support which she has been through over the years. Not only, the minister is in profound grief, but also the local populace of the country shared their feelings on the passing of a prominent media personality.
“She will surely be in the media industry flying with the angels,” commented one.
“You’ll grace the Lord in heaven with your beautiful voice, Ferdines. Rest in Peace,” mentioned another.
