MRI building at JNF Hospital expected to complete by end of 2024: PM Terrance Drew
Dr. Terrance Drew, the Prime Minister unveiled the highlights of the construction projects that is currently undergoing.

Basseterre, St. Kitts and Nevis: The MRI building at JNF General Hospital, which will play a huge role in fostering the health sector of St. Kitts and Nevis is expected to be completed by the end of 2024. Dr. Terrance Drew, the Prime Minister unveiled the highlights of the construction projects that is currently undergoing.
While sharing the glimpses of the construction project, PM Drew stated that “I will begin to post a number of construction projects that are underway.” He remarked that this project will play a huge role in creating large number of construction jobs with a motive to enhance the standard of living of the citizens of St. Kitts and Nevis.
PM drew stated that the addition of Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) machine at JNF General Hospital will significantly add the provision of quality healthcare in Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis. Notably, the acquisition of the machine has always been the priority of the leader of the nation in order to ensure that all citizens, residents and visitors to St. Kitts and Nevis have access to best medical services and amenities.
While sharing the benefits of the MRI Machine, PM Drew stated that it would be affordable to all and the cost would be kept as low as possible so that no one had to resist themselves from getting MRI done because of any financial constraint.
During the swearing-In ceremony of the Members of Cabinet that took place in August 2022, PM Drew stated that the healthcare in the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis needs to be upgraded and the construction of MRI building is one of the significant steps towards improved healthcare facilities in the island nation.
St. Peter’s main road is another construction project which is currently undergoing and its glimpses were shared by Dr. Terrance Drew. The leader of the nation expressed happiness on seeing the progress in development of the construction process and stated that its completion would bring several benefits to the residents of the community as well as it will also play a key role in leading the nation towards sustainable island state.
PM Terrance Drew stated that these ongoing construction project would play a significant role in enhancing the overall growth of the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis.
