Georgetown, Guyana: The weather remains partly cloudy to fair and sunny skies over Coastal Guyana. It is forecasted that no significant rainfall is likely to occur today.

It is to be noted that Region 1, Inland areas and Southern Guyana can expect fair skies during the morning hours, with conditions expected to collapse in the afternoon hours. 

Notably, the cloudy spells are likely to persist and be accompanied by isolated thundershowers. 

Key points

Rainfall is expected between 0.0 mm and 15.0 mm.

Winds: Winds are detected gentle to moderate easterly breeze.

Temperature:  Coastal areas (31 to 33) degree C and remaining areas (32 to 35) degree C.

Air: The air quality is generally acceptable for most individuals. However, sensitive groups might experience minor to moderate symptoms from long-term exposure.

Notably, there is no alert for any hurricane or heavy rainfall. The weather will remain pleasant throughout the day.

However, Guyana had cloudy to overcast skies with intermittent to frequent showers and isolated thundershowers. Improvements can be seen as skies will remain cloudy today and for the next day as well.

Initially, two days back, Winds led to a gentle east to southerly breeze. Windy before and during heavy downpours and thundershowers.

There is no extreme rainfall or flood forecasted for the time being in Guyana or across the region. People may witness cool, breezy winds. 

Following the conclusion of the 2023 hurricane season on November 30, the nation is finally experiencing pleasant weather conditions.
