EU-LAC Digital Alliance assists innovation businesses in Latin America and Caribbean

The EU-LAC Digital Alliance is making moves to assist the region of Latin America and the Caribbean with digital innovation and businesses. The steps are being taken by the European Union through the Digital Accelerator initiative, which is dedicated to the region for innovative solutions.
The EU-LAC Digital Alliance is funded by the European Union, which focuses on some shared objectives of Europe with Latin America and the Caribbean. The intention of the initiative is to connect companies with specific challenges and to work on solutions for start-ups and SMEs.
Under the EU-LAC Digital Alliance, companies like MotionsCloud, which is a German startup, are working on innovative ideas, such as mixing artificial intelligence with computer vision to focus on vehicle damage assessments through mobile web solutions.
Similarly, another company based in Ecuador, named Solmovsa, is working on a solution for Latin America and the Caribbean insurance sector regarding the accuracy of damage claims. Solmovsa is on of the prominent tech company. Digital Accelerator by EU-LAC Digital Alliance helped these companies to come together and works torether on the shared objectives.
The Chief Executive Officer of MotionsCloud, Lex Tan, shared his words and said, “Our company is dedicated to revolutionising the insurance industry. We have created a mobile web AI inspection solution for vehicle damage assessment.”
MotionsCloud CEO Lex Tan said on the partnership, “In collaboration with Solmovsa, we aim to develop an innovative, customer-centric solution for smooth insurance claims processing throughout Latin America.”
The Manager of Solmovsa, José Guerra, said, “Our new collaboration with the German company MotionsCloud is an opportunity to expand our technological offerings, growing our reputation and reaching new markets with innovative solutions in the Latin American region.”
The motive of the Digital Accelerator initiative by the EU-LAC Digital Alliance is to develop joint businesses and offer customised services. The platform, funded by the European Union, provides a common ground for potential businesses that can collaborate for common objectives and organise B2B meetings that could lead to joint ventures.
The EU-LAC Digital Alliance also assist the collaborations for digital projects to connect them with the public and private investors in the sector. It also leverages the businesses with innovative financial tools to work for the growth of Europe with Latin America and the Caribbean.
