Cricket West Indies unveiled the schedule for the West Indies Championship. It is to be noted the championship will take place from 7 February to 20 April 2024.

Cricket West Indies unveiled the schedule for the West Indies Championship, which will take place from 7 February to 20 April 2024.

Notably, in the first block of the games, matches will take place in two countries, namely, St Kitts and Nevis and Jamaica. The venues selected from St Kitts and Nevis are Warner Park and the Conaree Cricket Centre. The venues selected from Jamaica are Sabina Park, Kensington Cricket Club, and Chedwin Park.

The second block of matches will take place in Trinidad and Tobago and Antigua and Barbuda, and the final block of matches will take place in Antigua and Barbuda, Trinidad and Tobago and Jamaica.

Moreover, eight teams will be fighting to win Headley Weekes Trophy. The teams include Guyana Happy Eagles, Barbados Pride, Jamaica Scorpions, Trinidad and Tobago Red Force, West Indies Academy, Combined Campuses and Colleges, Leeward Islands Hurricanes and Windward Islands Volcanoes.

The 2024 West Indies Championship will have a significant increase in prize money. The winning team will receive US$250,000, while the second-placed team will receive US$100,000.

Round 1 (7th-10th February)

  • Jamaica vs Windward Islands at Sabina Park, Jamaica.
  • Combined Campuses and Colleges vs Barbados at Chedwin Park, Jamaica.
  • Leeward Islands vs West Indies Academy at Warner Park, St. Kitts.
  • Guyana vs Trinidad & Tobago at Conaree Cricket Centre, St. Kitts.

Round 2 (14th-17th February)

  • Jamaica vs Combined Campuses and Colleges at Sabina Park, Jamaica.
  • Barbados vs Windward Islands at Kensington CC, Jamaica.
  • Leeward Islands vs Guyana at Warner Park, St. Kitts.
  • Trinidad and Tobago vs West Indies Academy at Conaree Cricket Centre, St. Kitts.

Round 3 (21st-24th February)

  • Jamaica vs Barbados at Sabina Park, Jamaica.
  • Windward Islands vs Combined Campuses and Colleges at Chedwin Park, Jamaica.
  • Leeward Islands vs Trinidad and Tobago at Warner Park, St. Kitts.
  • West Indies Academy vs Guyana at Coolidge Cricket Ground, Antigua.

Round 4 (13th-16th March)

  • Trinidad and Tobago vs Windward Islands at Queen’s Park Oval, Trinidad.
  • Combined Campuses and Colleges vs Leeward Islands at Diego Martin Regional Complex, Trinidad.
  • Guyana vs Barbados at UWI Spec, Trinidad.
  • West Indies Academy vs Jamaica at Coolidge Cricket Ground, Antigua.

Round 5 (20th-23rd March)
