Barbados Water Authority announces meter installation schedule, warns of water disruption
The Barbados Water Authority has announced that its team will be installing meters in several areas of the parish on September 2 and September 3.

The Barbados Water Authority has announced that its team will install meters in several parish areas on September 2 and September 3. Due to this, the residents and the businesses may experience low pressure or water outages during the hours of 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
The team or Barbados Water Authority will begin the installation work in St. Micheal along Authur Seat Road on Monday, September 2, between 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
Significantly, the customers in the Authur Seat, Welches Heights Padmore Village Road and Millennium Heights Melrose and the surrounding areas are set to experience either low pressure or water outages.
On the similar day in St. Micheal’s the metre installation around the junction of My Lords Hill and Howells Cross Road between 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
The localities of My Lords Hill, Howells Cross Road, Mayers Road, Odessa McClean Road, Jones Road, Proute Road will experience low to no water supply during the hours of installation.
Further, on September 3, Tuesday the Residents and Businesses in St. James will be affected due to meter installation in Wanstead Terrace from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
Subsequently, the people living in Husbands, Oxnards, Husbands Heights, West Terrace, Wanstead Gardens, Thorpes, and surrounding locations will have low or no access to water supply during the hours of the installation process.
The Barbados water authorities have advised the residents to store adequate water so as to avoid any sort of inconvenience.
