Barbadian Immunisation Unit announces vaccine schedule for this week

Barbados: The Barbadian health ministry and the immunisation unit have released the vaccination for this week. As per the latest notification, vaccines would not be administrated on April 18 to mark the Easter bank holiday.

Here is the time and details of the polyclinics and sites which would administer vaccines against COVID-19 from April 19, 2022 (Tuesday) to April 24, 2022 (Sunday):-

April 19 (Tuesday)

• Venue – Branford Taitt Polyclinic, Black Rock, St Michael and time – 9:30 am to 3:00 pm

• Venue – Harbour Industrial Park, Building No.2, St Michael and time – 10:00 am to 2:00 pm

• Venue – Winston Scott Polyclinic, Jemmott’s Lane, St Michael and time – 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm

• Venue – Glebe Polyclinic, St George and time – 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm

• Venue – Edgar Cochrane Polyclinic, Wildey, St Michael and time – 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm

• Venue – Eunice Gibson Polyclinic, Warrens, St Michael and time – 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm

April 20 (Wednesday)

As per the immunisation unit, the vaccines available in Barbados‘ polyclinics and vaccination centres are Pfizer, Sinopharm and Johnson & Johnson.
