DPM Ernest Hilaire announces start of Saint Lucia Showcase 2023
Saint Lucia will be witnessing the Saint Lucia Showcase 2023.

Castries, Saint Lucia: Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Tourism, Investment and Creative Industries of Saint Lucia – Ernest Hilaire, announced the commencement of a tourism promotion campaign by the Ministry for the upcoming week.
He shared this news of commencement with the people of Saint Lucia through his official social media account. He greeted the citizens and residents of his country and stated, “It is the start of one of the most important weeks for our tourism promotion campaign. It is 6:30 am.”
He furthermore outlined that this week, Saint Lucia will be witnessing the Saint Lucia Showcase 2023, in which partners and stakeholders from the Caribbean nation will meet up with the travel partners of the United Kingdom. He further expressed that he is very excited to meet every guest and partner.
“It is Saint Lucia Showcase 2023, a week of meetings and events with our partners from Saint Lucia and travel partners in the UK. It is the final review of my schedule and briefing documents. I am super excited,” the social media post by the Deputy Prime Minister noted.
Minister of Tourism further mentioned that the UK is facing some serious economic challenges, which, when added to the continuing aviation challenges, will adversely affect the tourism arrivals in Saint Lucia from that market.
“It is time to bring out the best in us! Let’s connect!” he concluded his message.
According to the Tourism Authority of Saint Lucia, the Showcase 2023 will be held from September 11 to 15, 2023.
Saint Lucians praised the Minister for his active participation in such events; some even took the comment section to share their views. One of the social media users mentioned, “Campaign looking great, presentation is sport on. God Bless this program and keep the team safe.”
