Overall Caribbean Weather
Eastern Caribbean: Barbados, the central Windwards, and the southern Windwards remained in an atmosphere where the combination of a surface-to-low-level confluent pattern and surface-to-low-level moisture triggered occasionally brief light showers during the night and through to daybreak. At the same time, a shear line zonally oriented and moving southwards over the Leeward Islands produced cloudy skies and scattered light to moderate showers across that area.
Further south, over Trinidad and Tobago and the Guianas, mixed weather conditions were experienced. Trinidad and Tobago encountered mostly cool and fair-weather conditions. Guyana experienced a mix of clear skies and clouds with a few light showers and a few periods of light rain due to a confluent pattern. On the contrary, Suriname encountered mostly fair-weather conditions.
Western Caribbean: A frontal boundary stalled across the northern Bahamas, and the Florida Panhandle, and extended across western through central Cuba maintaining cloudiness, a few scattered showers, and isolated thunderstorms across the aforementioned parts.
