Amonai Francis, the reigning Carnival Queen all set to represent Grenada at the Miss OECS Pageant which will held in Windsor Park Stadium of Dominica on Friday, 12 January 2024.

Amonai Francis, the reigning Carnival Queen, is all set to represent Grenada at the Miss OECS Pageant that will be held in Windsor Park Stadium of Dominica on Friday, 12 January 2024.
Francis has also won the 2023 National Carnival Queen Pageant, where she was awarded Best Interview, Best Swimwear, Best Costume and Miss Photogenic. Her presence on stage was truly magical.
In fact, in her pageant profile, she added that she desires to open a school of performing arts which will focus on Grenada’s unique and beautiful culture. Francis has also participated in and facilitated the National Youth Parliament.
She is also the holder of an associate degree in Social Science (Hons) and is the winner of the Anthony Prosper Award for excellence in history.
Francis is ready for her upcoming pageant as well to showcase the beautiful culture of Grenada on stage. Notably, the MISS OECS Pageant is celebrated under the theme “Island Elegance: Beauty Beyond Boundaries.”
The Pageant is a very prestigious event. It is a regional queen pageant in which every participant gets the chance to showcase their talent and grace from various parts of Caribbean nations.
This pageant is a great opportunity for every participant to show their cultural heritage and promote regional unity. The event also serves as a great platform for the contestants to advocate for critical social issues and positively impact their communities.
It is to be noted the pageant will witness the beauties from across the Caribbean that will illuminate the stage in a dazzling display of elegance and charm.
Amonai Francis will compete against Thyana Sebastian from Antigua and Barbuda, Anika Christopher from the British Virgin Islands, Adicia Burton from Dominica, and Clarie Marissa Smartt from St Lucia.

The cost of the ticket includes:
- The VIP tickets available at $120
- The tickets for Standing room are available at $50.
- The ticket for regular seating is available at $80.
