Wishes pour on Melissa Skerrit on her birthday

Roseau, Dominica: Parliamentary Representative of Roseau Constituency Melissa Poponne-Skerrit, celebrated her 41st birthday on May 4, 2022 (Wednesday) in the Commonwealth of Dominica.
On this day, many wishes were poured on the Parliamentary Representative; the most lovely wish was by the Prime Minister Dr Roosevelt Skerrit, who penned down a sweet note on social media to wish his wife.
Prime Minister Skerrit mentioned, “Happy Birthday to my amazing wife, Melissa. You are a delight and blessing to our children and to me, and we love you dearly. May God bless you always. Happy Birthday, my darling.”
Sinach, songwriter, recording artist and producer who recently visited Dominica, also wished the first lady. She prayed to god for her a long, healthy and happy life. She concluded her wish and said, “I celebrate you!”
Sinach wrote, “Happy birthday to the First Lady of Dominica and MP, HE the Honorable Mellisa Skerrit. Congratulations on your new level. God bless you.”
Many residents and citizens wished for a Parliamentary Representative. One of them wrote, “Happy birthday to a dynamic woman, wishing you many more beautiful years filled with happiness and good health; enjoy your special day, God’s blessing upon you; enjoy your special day.”
Another stated, “Birthday blessings to our beautiful first lady, may God continue to bless her, and wish her many more birthdays to come.”
The third one commented, “Happy Birthday blessing wishing you many more wonderful years filled with happiness; enjoy your special day.”
Melissa Poponne Skerrit represents the Dominica Labour Party and has been a member of the House of Assembly for the Roseau Central constituency since the 2019 general election.
Melissa Skerrit is married to PM Skerrit, and they have two children.
