Trinidad and Tobago Police Service (TTPS) remembers, an intelligent, hardworking and critical thinker, the Commissioner of Police Ag. Erla Christopher and the Executive members of TTPS extend condolences to the family, friends, and colleagues of No 17747 PC Herman Mohan, who passed away on Monday, October 10, 2022, at his San Juan home.
PC Mohan enlisted in the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service on March 6 2009, having already served for six years as a Special Reserve Police from 2003. He distinguished himself as an intelligent, hardworking, critical thinker.
Sgt Indar Mangla of the E-999 Command Centre remembers PC Mohan as an exceptional dispatcher who was instrumental in capturing the escapees during a prison break in June 2015. He was the prominent voice from the dispatch room, and his performance on that day is being used as a model for training future dispatchers within the service.
His peers will also remember PC Mohan as an officer who worked tirelessly, passionately and dedicated to duty. He has left an indelible mark on the E-999 Command Centre and, by extension, the TTPS.
PC Mohan leaves to mourn his wife- Nikisha Ali-Mohan, 10-year-old daughter, one brother and two sisters.
