Sunrise Airways launches services to Grenada, St Vincent and Tortola from Oct 2024

Sunrise Airways has announced the launch of new services to Eastern Caribbean nations including, Grenada, St Vincent, and Tortola effective from 27th October, 2024. By offering services to these three nations, the airline aims to expand its network and enhance air connectivity by providing memorable and ease travel options to all the passengers.

Along with that, the airline will also offer services to and from Guadeloupe as a part of its “One Caribbean doctrine” which is aimed at enhancing the relations between Caribbean nations and providing smooth travel flow.

While shedding light on these services, the Chairman and CEO of Sunrise Airways, Philippe Bayard asserted that the addition of these new flight services is a huge step taken by them in realizing their “one Caribbean vision.”

He added that these services will not only enhance their connectivity but will also help them in earning good reputation and trust among the public of their new destinations.

The CEO Baynard further mentioned that they began their services in the Caribbean region on a great note, serving Antigua, Dominica, St Kitts, and Saint Lucia earlier this year. He continued to say that now they are broadening their network by providing services to Eastern Caribbean nations such as Grenada, St. Vincent, and Tortola.

He further expressed his optimism about the future connections to Eastern Caribbean nations and stated that it would play a huge role in bringing immense growth and success across the region.

While shedding light on the services, the CEO stated that the rollout will occur in three phases.

PHASE 1

In the phase one, the airline will offer thrice-weekly flight services to Grenada and four-times weekly services to Guadeloupe and St Vincent respectively. These flights will originate from Antigua with connections available to destinations including Dominica, St Kitts, and Saint Lucia.

PHASE 2

In the phase two, the airline will offer twice-weekly flight services to Tortola, British Virgin Islands. These services will also originate from Antigua with continuing service to Santo Domingo. Along with that, the connections will also be made available to the passengers from Dominica and St Kitts and Nevis. The services in this phase will be effective from 2nd December, 2024.

PHASE 3

The final phase will offer twice-weekly non-stop flight services connecting Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic with Guadeloupe, effecting from 4th December, 2024.
