Stephany Andujar has been announced as the Miss Universe US Virgin Islands 2024 winner. With her exceptional victory, she earned an opportunity to represent her island nation at the Miss Universe Competition, which is scheduled to take place in Mexico in November 2024.

Stephany Andujar has been announced as the Miss Universe US Virgin Islands 2024 winner. With her exceptional victory, she earned an opportunity to represent her island nation at the Miss Universe Competition, which is scheduled to take place in Mexico in November 2024.
Stephany Andujar is a 28-year-old St. Thomas native born in Charlotte Amalie. She is also a Makeup Artist, Licensed Esthetician, and Entrepreneur for whom beauty has always been a part of her life’s purpose. She started her modelling career at the age of 16, reaching her ultimate goal of being a Professional Model in New York City.
She has also had the privilege of working in New York Fashion Week for four seasons, as well as working with international corporations, such as, Covergirl, Lancôme, Essence Magazine and The New York Times. She aims to showcase the vibrant culture and traditions of her country on an international platform in Mexico.
Despite the power struggle following Hurricane Ernesto, the crowning of the new queen proceeded as planned. During the event, the authorities faced several challenges including, limited electricity at the venue which at one time led to a temporary blackout. However, tackling all the challenges, the US Virgin Island successfully executed the event and announced their new Miss Universe 2024.
Following the event, the management of Miss Universe US Virgin Island extended gratitude to the entire team for supporting the pageant and making it successful. They noted that it is the unwavering commitment and dedication of the entire team who worked cohesively and demonstrated that anything is possible.
The management noted that they could have been postponed or cancelled pageant due to the lack of conventional power. However, it was the hard work and dedication of the entire team working on this event who ensured that the event could proceed smoothly despite the challenges.
“Now if that isn’t a Virgin Island Testament of faith, we don’t know what is,” noted Miss Universe US Virgin Islands 2024.
While shedding light on the contestants, the Miss US Universe US Virgin Island stated that each of them have displayed their charm, elegance and beauty and set the stage on fire. They added that they are extremely proud to have a genuine group of contestants who poured love into every step of the journey.
They extended gratitude to all the sponsors for making this unthinkable a reality. Along with that, they also apologized to all the attendees for connectivity issues as towers and lines are still down in the territory.
The management stated that power has not yet returned at the venue and the surrounding areas. As, shared by the authorities, the VIYA Live raffle will be extended, until further notice and has requested the authorities to join them in celebrating their Queen.
