Mehul Choksi cant be repatriated to any other country till next hearing

The courts have issued the new orders in the case of Mehul Choksi. Justice M E Birnie Stephenson did the case hearing on 28th May 2021 in The Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court.
His lawyers have reached the court where a habeas corpus petition has been filed on behalf of Mehul Choksi after being arrested for entering the island Dominica through illegal means.
Habeas corpus is a writ that requires a person under arrest to be brought before a judge or into court.
According to the newly released court orders in which the court says
That the applicant be allowed to meet with his Legal Counsel as is required.
The injunction restraining the respondents, whether by themselves, servants, agents and/or representatives, from removing the applicant from The Commonwealth of Dominica until further or other hearing of this application is continued until the further hearing of this matter.
The respondents shall file and serve their affidavit(s)in response to the application filed herein on or before 10:30 AM on Tuesday 1st June 2021.
The applicant shall file any affidavit in reply if necessary, on or before 3:30 PM on Tuesday 1st June 2021.
The application for Habeas Corpus will be heard in open court on Wednesday 2nd June 2021 at 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM in the forenoon.

There shall be no publication or discussion, or notification of the press regarding this matter without leave and or permission of the court.
The case is further dated Wednesday 2nd June 2021 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM in the forenoon.
Justice M E Birnie Stephenson has passed the orders that Mehul will be transported to the Dominica China Friendship Hospital for medical attention and for the administration of a covid test.
According to the sources, Mehul Choksi will not be kept inside any prison. Instead, he will be kept at a place of his own choice and will be quarantined there for more than 5 days. Mehul Choksi in future may be repatriated to Antigua and Barbuda after completing his five days quarantine period.
