Basseterre, St Kitts and Nevis: St Kitts and Nevis is all set to welcome 18 cruises in the month of April 2024. All these cruises are expected to bring thousands of passengers to the island nation, marking a boost in the tourism sector.

This continuous visits of cruises to the island nation reflects the unwavering commitment and dedication of the tourism ministry to elevate the nation to greater heights and achieve significant milestones in terms of tourism arrivals.


The arrival of the cruise ships is not just a boom for the economic conditions of the country but also plays a pivotal role in promoting the vibrant culture and traditions of the nation. Along with that, it also creates a surge in employment opportunities and gives a platform to the local businesses to generate revenues.

Notably, the first cruise vessel that will dock at the shores of the island nation is Club Med 2 which has the capacity to accommodate 386 passengers. Meanwhile, Disney Magic would be the last vessel to dock in the month of April, holding a capacity to accommodate thousands of passengers.

The other cruise vessels, such as Icon of the Seas, Jewel of the Seas, Explorer of the Seas, Marella Discovery and many other will also make their visit to St Kitts and Nevis in the said month.
