St Kitts and Nevis commits to sustainable tourism, set to celebrate Tourism Awareness Month
Under this theme, the authorities are aiming not only to attract large number of visitors but also raise awareness of St Kitts and Nevis as a leading eco-tourism destination.

St Kitts and Nevis is all set to celebrate Tourism Awareness Month 2024, with a vision to enhance the tourism sector of the country and provide a heightened month-long celebration under the theme “Tourism for Tomorrow: Driven by Community, Committed to Sustainability.”
Under this theme, the authorities are aiming not only to attract large number of visitors but also raise awareness of St Kitts and Nevis as a leading eco-tourism destination.
With the celebration of Tourism Awareness Month 2024, the authorities aim to raise awareness of tourism’s role in international cooperation, sustainable development, and fostering cultural exchange.
They also ensured to offer plethora of experiences to all the visitors by immersing them in diverse experiences such as food, festivals, cultural events and much more.
The St Kitts and Nevis Tourism authority noted that they are committed to ensuring that their work contributes to thriving places for local people, where natural and cultural assets are celebrated and protected, where tourism generates strong local economic benefits and visitors are offered an authentic and memorable experience.
While extending invitation to all the citizens, the Tourism Authority asked them to join for a series of exciting events showcasing the heart and soul of St. Kitts’ tourism industry.
“From cultural celebrations to career opportunities and industry pioneers, there’s something for everyone. Mark your calendars and get ready to be inspired,” noted Tourism Authority.
