Saint Lucia: Ernest Hilaire visits Ciceron Playing Field to analyze rehabilitation work

Castries, Saint Lucia: Deputy Prime Minister of Saint Lucia- Ernest Hilaire visited the Ciceron Playing Field to analyze the rehabilitation work ongoing at the site on Thursday, January 26, 2023, on the occasion of constituency day.
He also visited some areas that will develop in the coming weeks to raise the standard of living of citizens. Deputy Prime Minister Ernest Hilaire took to social media and stated that he will always work for the upliftment of his constituency and the whole nation.
Ernest Hilaire cited, “Constituency day is the day I look forward to the most as it gives me the opportunity to meet with the persons who elected me to represent them.”
Outlining his aim for the best interest of the citizens and residents of Saint Lucia, Ernest Hilaire added that in every decision that he makes, he always aims to make sure that it is in their best interest and that it will benefit everyone in the constituency.
While sharing glimpses of his visits to the sites where various projects have been initiated by the government of Saint Lucia, Ernest Hilaire noted, “Today, we visited some ongoing projects within the constituency such as the rehabilitation of the Ciceron Playing Field and steps and footpaths in La Croix.”
He also visited some areas that we will develop in the coming weeks that will raise the standard of living for his constituents. He was also proud to say that the Marigot road rehabilitation is complete, and work is continuing on the Barre St. Joseph road.
Wrapping up the day, Deputy Prime Minister Ernest Hilaire outlined that he met with residents of Old Cemetery to listen to some of their concerns. He asserted, “To wrap up a rewarding day, I met with the residents of Old Cemetery to listen to some of their concerns and find ways to alleviate them. I look forward to all the developments and initiatives that will start this year and benefit the constituents of Castries South and Saint Lucia as a whole.”
