The Prime Minister of Saint Lucia, Philip J Pierre extended his best wishes on the eve of New Year 2024. He shared a bible quote and wished for everyone’s prosperity in life.
Notably, PM Pierre extended greetings to everyone through his Facebook account. While wishing everyone, he shared a quote which stated as “But by the grace of God I am what I am: and His grace which was bestowed upon me was not in vain; but I laboured more abundantly than they all: yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me.” by 1 Corinthians 15:10.
It was also mentioned by him that “As we reflect on 2023 and look forward in anticipation to 2024, let us commit all our plans to the Lord. May your will be done, O Lord.”
Moreover, PM Pierre also shared a video which emphasized on the projects, achievements and works done by the government in the year 2023.
The Saint Lucia Labour Party also extended their wishes on the occasion of New Year’s Eve through the Facebook account. The message was stated, “As we begin this new year 2024, we pledge to continue to put you first through the policies of this Philip J Pierre-led administration. Happy New Year Saint Lucia.”
The residents of the Saint Lucia also shared their excitement and wished their leader PM Philip J Pierre on New Year. From among which, one of the locals took it to the comment section adding that “Our leaders have always been committed towards the overall development of the nation, we are expecting the same from PM Pierre during this year too. He has always been a man with the attitude towards national growth. All of the people are expecting the same energy and devotion of PM Philip J Pierre towards his goal during 2024 too.”
