Basseterre, St Kitts and Nevis: The Historic Multi City meet is all set to return at the 2024 Track and Field Interschool Championship in St Kitts and Nevis. 

It is to be noted that the championship will be a day’s action-packed celebration of sports and excellence. The event will be conducted from the 14th to the 17th of March at the Twin Island venues. On the 14th and 15th, the championship will held at Kim Collins Athletic Stadium and on the 16th and 17th March, the event will be conducted at Nevis Athletic Stadium. 

Such sporting events are very crucial for the growth of sports among youth. Moreover, the athletes will be allowed to compete against each other and display their speed, strength and determination by competing in this championship. 

While extending welcome to the residents to be a part of this championship, St Kitts and Nevis Athletic Association said “Don’t miss out on the excitement! Mark your calendars and be part of this unforgettable event! Let’s make memories and celebrate the spirit of sportsmanship together! See you at the tracks!”

The administration of the island nation focuses on promoting sportsmanship, fair play and encouraging self-control with the motive that participants find joy in taking part in such activities. It is also a great opportunity for all the athletes to showcase their skills, talent, abilities and techniques. 

Such events also play a pivotal role in enhancing several qualities like commitment, hard work, leadership, dedication and passion for their sports. 

Additionally, this championship is being sponsored by First Federal Credit Union, St Kitts and Nevis Athletics, TDC Group, Department of Sports- Nevis and many more. 

Various residents of the community also took to their social media accounts and expressed their excitement about attending the championship.
