St Kitts and Nevis National Carnival has introduced its contestants in Republic Bank Talented Teen Pageant to the general public of the twin-island Federation.

St Kitts and Nevis National Carnival has introduced its contestants in Republic Bank Talented Teen Pageant to the general public of the twin-island Federation.
As per the update, a total of eight (8) contestants participated in the teen pageant hail from different areas of the country.
1: ๐๐๐ก๐ซ๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ก๐ซ๐๐ฒ, Miss Basseterre High School
Zahra Humphrey was born on September 20 2009; she considers herself to be blessed with a large, very supportive family support system that extends from St Peterโs to Boyds/West Farm.
Her formal education began at the George Moody Stuart School (Factory School); from GMSS, she went on to the Seventh Day Adventist Primary from Grade 3. Nihil nisi optimum โ Nothing but the best, the SDA school motto, was a hallmark of my primary education.
She loves to dance and dabble in artistic makeup. She is also a member of St Peterโs Anglican Church, where she serves as a member of the Guild of Sanctuary Servers and also a Reader. Her goal is to become a medical doctor specialising in Neurology.
2: ๐๐๐ฃ๐จ๐ฒ ๐๐ฌ๐๐๐, Miss Washington Archibald High School
CaJoy Isaac was born on April 8, 2006, in Lime Kiln. Isaac loves to dance; she has been a member of LEAP. Isaac discovered her passion for the art form in LEAP. She has also sharpened her skills over the years with The SKN Majorettes. At age eleven, CaJoy won the Rotary Club of Liamuiga Talent Search Competition.
In September 2021, CaJoy was selected by the Department of Youth Empowerment to host a โSocacizeโ dance session for differently-abled youthโ an indicator of her desire to share the gift of dance with others. In July 2022, she travelled to St Maarten to take part in a star-studded Summer Intensive Program hosted by The Arts Saves Lives (ASL) Foundation, which attracted some of the worldโs most decorated dancers. She returned home to participate in the Girls Illuminated Program, which further grooms her into a razor-sharp young lady, highly equipped for success.
CaJoy proudly attends the Washington Archibald High School. She is in 5A1, gearing up to complete 9 CSEC subjects. When she isnโt dancing or studying, CaJoy is listening to music or painting. Inevitably, her goal is to become a professional dancer.
3 – ๐รฉ๐ข๐ ๐๐๐ฌ๐จ๐ง, Miss Charles E Mills Secondary School
๐รฉ๐ข๐ ๐๐๐ฌ๐จ๐ง was born on September 22, 2009. She is a familiar recipient of the Honour Roll awards who graduated 3rd in her Graduating Class. She matriculated to the Charles E Mills Secondary School, where she is a proud Eagle of 2nd Form.
Her petite stature is not a deterrent to grand desires, as she aspires to be a lawyer, becoming an ally in creating equality and justice for all.
4 – ๐๐๐ฅ๐๐๐ก ๐๐ซ๐ฌ๐ค๐ข๐ง๐, Miss Clarence Fitzroy Bryant College
Maleah Erskine, who is 15 years old, became a household name when she registered and got accepted into Clarence Fitzroy Bryant College as a Computer Science major at 14. At that stage, Erskine acquired 12 CXC subjects.
Maleah is about putting life into proper perspective, which is indicative in her lifeโs mantra: โYesterdayโs Tomorrow Will Be Betterโ. She is determined to successfully achieve all that she has dreamt about, all the goals that she has mentally listed and prays reverently to the highest God for the motivation, dedication, commitment and passion for doing so.
5 – ๐๐๐๐๐ฌ๐ฌ๐๐ก ๐๐๐ง๐ข๐๐ฅ, Miss Gingerland Secondary School
Hadassah Daniel was born on September 19 2006. Hadassah is a 5th-form student at the Gingerland Secondary School, the home of the Panthers. She aspires to successfully complete eight CSEC subjects.
It is her belief that there are shortcuts to happiness, with dance and drama being the quickest way to her heart’s content. She started dancing at an early age and is now a dancer at The Learning & Empowerment through the Arts Program (LEAP), where she continues to develop her dance skills.
Whilst prioritising her academics, Hadassah manages to channel her love for dance and drama. This is evident as she has been a mascot and cheerleader for her school. Hadassah Daniel gracefully entered the world of pageantry in 2018 as a part of our Culturama Festivalโs Mr and Miss Talented Youth Pageant. Here, she captured the 1st runner-up position. As a strong-willed and positive individual, Hadassah pounced at the opportunity and is elated to be an ambassador in this year’s Talented Teen Pageant for St Kitts- Nevis National Carnival.
6 – ๐๐ซ๐๐ง๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ฎ๐ฅ, Miss Cayon High School
Brenna Paul was born on December 16, 2007. She is vivacious, ambitious, and fearless. She has produced elite levels of work since matriculating at Cayon High School and has attained an honour roll certificate every term. Additionally, she is a part of the schoolโs choir, environmental club, and netball team, as well as a part-time athlete for her beloved Blue House Thunder.
Brenna is just as meticulous in her personal life as she is in her academic life. Brenna co-owns a business with her twin sister named B&Bโs Berrylicious Bakery, which was established in 2018. Moreover, Brenna recently became a certified youth referee for the St Kitts-Nevis Football Association.
If all of that is not impressive enough, she intends to sit CSEC exams for both โMathematicsโ and โEnglish Aโ next May or June 2023. Her ultimate goal is to become a paediatric surgeon.
7 – ๐๐๐ค๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ ๐๐๐ซ๐ญ๐ข๐ง, Miss Immaculate Conception Catholic School
Makaila Zasha Tyanna Martin was born on August 20 2006, and is now 16 years old. She has done extremely well academically and professionally thus far.
Makaila currently holds 5 CXC passes and is an accomplished self-taught Makeup Artist who, at the age of twelve (12), created her own business suitably labelled โBeauty Desires.โ She reminds her clientele that โMakeup magnifies the beauty that already exists.โ
Makailaโs future aspiration finds her nestled in a place where she can be a part of making the world a better place by playing a significant role in strengthening confidence in individuals and expanding her business opportunities to operate on a local, regional and international space.
8 – ๐๐๐ค๐ฒ๐ฅ๐ ๐๐๐ซ๐ญ-๐๐จ๐ก๐ง๐ฌ๐จ๐ง, Miss Verchilds High School
Takyla Hart Johnson was born on November 3 2006 and currently resides in the village of Old Road. As a proud fifth-form student at the prestigious Verchilds High School, the Bright Star in the West, she is boldly undertaking 13 CSEC subjects. She explains that although Takyla Hart Johnson has consistently made the honour roll since her inception at school while serving as the Vice President of the Student Government Association since 2021.
Takyla feels ecstatic and honoured about representing Verchilds High School in the 2022 Talented Teen Pageant. She stated that the teachers and administration saw something special in her and she is committed to not only meeting their expectations but exceeding them as well.
