St Catherine, Jamaica: The St Catherine North Police Division took down a suspected gang leader who allegedly led the Top Bank faction of the remnants of the One Don faction of the Klansman gang. The incident is reported to have taken place on Friday in the Top Bank community of Spanish Town, St Catherine.
The deceased has been identified as Sheldon Walters alias ‘Termite.’ As per the reports shared by the authorities after Andre ‘Blackman’ Bryan was incarcerated, Termite took on the role of the facto leader of the One Don gang.
According to the details, Bryan was given a sentence of 39.5 years in prison last year. He was sentenced to imprisonment for several offences related to the criminal organization.
Moreover, the reason behind the process of killing is still not known. Meanwhile, the photos of the lifeless body of the notorious gang leader started circulating online. Following that the residents of the community flooded the social media accounts with their views and opinions on the matter. They appreciated the authorities for performing their duties diligently.
One person with a Facebook handle Jason Singh commented “Great job to the police officer JCF police officer of Jamaica fantastic job keep taking them out keep them off the streets too many criminals in Jamaica roaming the streets.”
Another person with a Facebook account Tam Tamo commented the following “Well done. God protects the police force and gives them the courage and strength to overcome the criminal elements of our country.”
Meanwhile while taking a dig at the judicial system of the country commented “Congratulations to the Jamaica Constabulary Force for a job well done, at least the cops are way better than these judges.”
The authorities have also ensured that they will continue to conduct such operations with the motive to reduce the increasing crime rate. They have also promised to enhance the safety and security of the citizens so that every person can live peacefully in the country without any threat or fear of criminals.
