Sandals Resort vows to benefit tourism sector, expresses Chairman Stewart

While speaking at the opening ceremony of the resort, he assured everyone who involved in the industry that with the emergence of such infrastructure, they will greatly benefit.
“Tides will rise for St Vincent (SVG) as the Southern Caribbean Island Southern Caribbean Island tourism industry takes off”, said Stewart.
He expressed his delight that Sandals will soon be a destination for weddings, parties, and celebrations, and everybody in the country will experience the beauty and luxury of this resort.
“Farmers will feel it. Hotel executives will feel it, and tour providers will feel it. Entertainers, even pastors and priests will feel it because of how many weddings we’ll have here”, added Executive Chairman Stewart.
He urged the tour guides or providers to take the guests in this hotel. Stewart envisions to showcase St Vincent and the Grenadines in the international marketplace with approximately 500 companies emerging from the Caribbean.
It will enhance the resort’s marketing and position the island on the international level. Sandal’s Executive Manager expressed his desire to showcase the country’s beauty and mystique to the people, which has not yet been explored by the media houses.
Keeping this in mind, they are proceeding to create over 10 billion media impressions a year and they will also integrate the brand smoothly with the tourists.
“Create awareness and drive more demand. All tides will rise. We call it the Sandel effect. All tides will rise”, remarked Stewart.
SVG is currently focusing to enhance the air services so it will be a convenient option for the tourists to travel their country and visit international markets.
Moreover, American Airlines expanded its services from two times a week to four in April and will further expand to six times a week by the end of the year.
Additionally, Sandals featured 301 beautifully constructed suites, with voluminous two-story overwater villas and absolutely stunning beachfront villas. It has 12 specialized dining spaces and five distinct bars where one can have a gastronomic experience.
