Saint Lucia: National Colours Day is set to grace Island with National Colours

Saint Lucia: The country Saint Lucia is celebrating National Colours Day on February 19, 2024 (Monday). This will extend the values of patriotism among the individuals of the country and will reflect their love for their country. The day will be celebrated Island wide, where the people will show their National Pride.

As the country is celebrating its 45th Independence Anniversary, the day being celebrated as National Colors Day will be of great significance. As one has to dress up wearing clothes having national colours. 

“Wear the National Colors of our flag to work, school or while on leisure time as we celebrate Saint Lucia’s 45th Independence Anniversary,” added the events Saint Lucia tourism promoting social media page.

Saint Lucia is celebrating its 45th Independence anniversary under Douvan Ansanm: Building a Nation through Unity, Resilience, and Creativity. National Colors Day is also announced under this only. Many other activities and events have also been announced under this.

The essence of patriotism being extended through this will encourage and foster other community members to showcase their patriotic values to the world. Other activities and events which will take place on different days.

Other events, including the Independence Showcase, Seafood Fest, Military Parade, Independence Celebratory Rally are to grace the country on February 22, 2024. And February 21, 2024, the Independence Lecture, Parliamentary sitting, Creative exports and many others will mark the commencement.
