Caribbean Airlines shut international, regional service due to Hurricane Beryl
Caribbean Airlines announced the change in the operation of its flight services due to the adverse weather conditions expected with the passage of Hurricane Beryl.

Caribbean Airlines announced the change in the operation of its flight services due to the adverse weather conditions expected with the passage of Hurricane Beryl. The passengers who are affected by the cancellation of flights will be contact and re-accommodated on re-timed and recovery flights.
Notably, the management of the airline shared that they will not operate any of its scheduled services in/out of Trinidad and Tobago and throughout the airline’s regional network. This decision has been taken in order to prioritize the safety and security of the passengers and the entire aviation management team as the Caribbean nations are under a threat of Hurricane Beryl.
Therefore, Caribbean Airlines has shared re-timed international flights for Monday, 1stJuly and has asked customers to register for real-time flight notification and updates.

Moreover, the Caribbean Airlines have also shared the guidelines for the international passengers whose plans have been impacted due to the disruptions of the flights. They can rebook their flights without any change in fees and are subject to the following conditions. The conditions include that waiver of all fees for tickets should be rebooked in the same cabin.
Also, the passengers may be rebooked on any service up to 28th July 2024 and they will not have to pay any penalty for that. All the changes must be made through the Caribbean Airlines call centre or at a Caribbean Airlines ticket office to ensure smooth operations.
The management of the airlines have also stated that they will not be responsible for transportation to/from an alternate airport or hotel expenses incurred by the passengers who are affected by disruption in flight services.
Hurricane Beryl has become a huge cause of concern for all the citizens and the National Hurricane centre has urged them to take precautionary measures and listen to all the weather reports in order to prevent them from any harmful effect.
