Nevis welcomes reintroduced WINAIR flights, unveils schedule
Windward Islands Airways (WINAIR) has reintroduced the flights to Nevis from March 15, 2024. The reintroduced flights are set to enhance the mobility between Nevis and Sint Marteen.

St Kitts and Nevis: Windward Islands Airways (WINAIR) has reintroduced the flights to Nevis from March 15, 2024. The reintroduced flights are set to enhance the mobility between Nevis and Sint Marteen.
The schedule includes three flights from Sint Maarten to Nevis, likewise, three from Nevis to Sint Maarten. The flight details are for four days a week that is Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
WINAIR itself is celebrating the return of flights. WINAIR has even introduced a special offer for travellers. This offer will be active till June 15, 2024 and have been started from March 15, 2023. The offer has a rate of 115 plus tax one way.
Nevis as well is delighted over the return of the flight to the island. While expressing his pleasure, Premier of Nevis, Mark Brantley also mentioned, “ WINAIR is back, Praise to be God, We are growing Nevis Together.”
The schedule revealed for the flights clearly states that the flight will operate from Princess Juliana International Airport (Sint Maarten) to the Nevis Island Airport on every Friday. The timings for the flight are as follows, the flight will depart from Sint Maarten at 18:20 and will arrive in Nevis at 18:55.
However, on Saturdays, two flights have been scheduled, the first will have the route from Nevis to Sint Maarten and the other will have the route from Sint Maarten to Nevis. The timing for both are as follows:
- From Nevis to Sint Maarten – departure at 8:00 and arrival at 8:40
- From Sint Maarten to Nevis – departure at 18:20 and arrival at 18:55
Moving on to the schedule for Sunday, there is the same schedule as of Saturday and that also with the same timings. But for Mondays, the flight will have only a route from Nevis to Sint Maarten with the timings of 8:00 as departure and 8:40 as arrival.
Nevis, has made a mark on the tourism offerings in the island with the bringing back of WINAIR flights in the country.
