She mentioned that the destination on Sunday was St Lucia! Firstly, she impressed the general public by sharing that this stunning Caribbean island is nicknamed the “Helen of the West Indies” with its breath taking landscapes, lush rainforests, and pristine beaches.

Richard also shared three (3) fun facts, which are:

Fun Fact #1: St. Lucia is home to the only drive-in volcano in the world! Yes, you read that right. The Sulphur Springs in Soufrière offer a unique opportunity to witness volcanic activity up close. Just don’t forget your camera, because the views are out of this world!

Fun Fact #2: St. Lucia is a paradise for sea turtle enthusiasts! Every year, thousands of sea turtles flock to the island’s shores to nest and lay their eggs. If you’re lucky, you might even get to witness the hatching of these adorable creatures and see them make their way to the sea. It’s a once-in-a-lifetime experience that’ll melt your heart!

Fun Fact #3: Are you a rum aficionado? Then you’re in for a treat! St. Lucia is famous for its delicious rum, produced at the renowned St. Lucia Distillers. Take a tour, sample different varieties, and even learn the art of blending your very own bottle. Cheers to that!

Furthermore, she urged the people to make a trip to such a mesmerizing island nation and create millions of memories. “So, if you’re dreaming of a tropical getaway that combines natural wonders, wildlife encounters, and a splash of rum-filled fun, St Lucia should be at the top of your travel bucket list!” she noted on her social media post.

Moreover, she asked, “Have you been to St Lucia, or is St Lucia on your Travel bucket list?”

It is to be highlighted that the best time to visit the Caribbean nation is between May and June, as these late spring and early summer months offer wonderful and soothing weather to experience.
