Antigua Premier League Week 7 results, Know here

The Antigua and Barbuda Football Association conducted three matches in Week 7 of the Antigua Premier League on Sunday, 14th January 2024. The matches were played at the Antigua and Barbuda Football Association Technical Centre at different times.

The first match of the day was between Willikies Football Club and Pigotts Bullets Football Club at 4:00 pm. The game got tied as the final score of the teams were 2-2. The goal scorers from Willikies Football Club were Novelle Francis, who scored a goal in the 28th minute of the game and Phil Nicholas, who contributed a goal in the 81st minute of the gameplay.

Meanwhile, Akeem Isaac came forward as a saviour of the team as he scored two goals for his team. He scored the first goal in the 14th minute of the game and another in the 19th minute of the gameplay.

Moreover, another match was played at 6:00 pm between Garden Stars Football Club and SAP Football Club. The second match of the game was also not able to reach its conclusion as this match also got tied with a score of 2-2.

Notably, the goal contributors of Garden Stars Football Club were Sedique Adams, who scored a goal in the 61st minute of the game, and Omri Simpson, who contributed a goal in the second-half stoppage time. At the same time, Tyrique Tonge was the sole goal scorer from SAP Football Club. He scored his first goal in the 10th minute of the game and another in the 36th minute of the match.

Furthermore, the last game of the day of the Antigua Premier League was played between Greenbay Hoppers Football Club and Villa Lions Football Club. The match was begun at 8:00 pm at the same venue. Villa Lions Football Club won the game by a score of 1-0. Howayne James scored an unfortunate own goal, which inadvertently led to the Villa Lions Football Club grabbing a victory.

It is to be further added that three matches of Week 7 of the Antigua Premier League were played on Saturday as well, where one match was tied, and the winners of the other two games were Grenades Football Club and Old Road Football Club. Along with that, there is one more game of Week 7 left to be played, which will be conducted between Ottos Rangers Football Club and All Saints United Football Club. The game will be played today, i.e. Monday, 15th January 2024, at 6:00 pm.
