Trinidad and Tobago confirms 394 additional coronavirus infections in 24 hours
A total of 394 new positive cases of the COVID-19 mutant were recorded on November 6, 2021, in Trinidad and Tobago, according to the report of the Health Ministry. With the arrival of these cases, the active number of coronavirus infections has increased to 5,375.

Trinidad and Tobago: A total of 394 new positive cases of the COVID-19 mutant were recorded on November 6, 2021, in Trinidad and Tobago, according to the report of the Health Ministry. With the arrival of these cases, the active number of coronavirus infections has increased to 5,375.
In contrast, a total of 51,836 individuals recovered from the deadly COVID-19 mutant. In total, around 350 people are in the hospital. The Health Ministry of Trinidad and Tobago further informed in the report that a total of 11 new deaths have been recorded, taking the total death toll to 1,764 on the Caribbean island as of November 6, 2021.
As per the Health Ministry’s report, there are a total of 23 patients in the step-down facilities, about 76 individuals are in the state-quarantine facilities.
A total of 4,608 individuals have isolated themselves at their homes following the COVID-19 pandemic, according to the data shared in the health ministry’s report of T&T.
According to the COVID-19 update report, since the deadliest pandemic started, the Caribbean island has reported a total of 58,975 confirmed cases of the virus.
If we look at the statistics of COVID-19 testing, a total of 405,503 individuals have been tested for the novel coronavirus, out of which a total of 174,687 individuals have been tested at private facilities, whereas the remaining tests were conducted at public healthcare facilities.
As of November 6, 2021, in Trinidad and Tobago, a total of 626,790 individuals have received their first shot of the COVID-19 vaccine, whereas, in total, 614,158 individuals have welcomed their second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine and now are fully vaccinated against the deadly COVID-19.
