St Kitts: Royal Family to host Rotary 7030 District Governor

St Kitts and Nevis: The government notified that the Rotary 7030 District Governor Sonya Alleyne paid a courtesy call to the Governor-General SW Tapley Seaton GCMG, CVO, QC, JP, LL.D, on March 4, 2022.

According to a press release by the government of St Kitts and Nevis, “The Rotary Family of Saint Kitts is hosting the Rotary 7030 District Governor Sonya Alleyne on her official visit to the Federation. Today, Friday, March 4, 2022, the District Governor paid a courtesy call on the Governor-General SW Tapley Seaton GCMG, CVO, QC, JP, LL.D”.

The press release further informed that the Governor-General is now an Honorary Rotarian and was a former President of Rotary Club of St Kitts.

The government further notified that the District Governor would be accompanied by Assistant Governor Frances Ann Satney and Dr Dwain Archibald, President of the Rotary Club of St Kitts and Nevis.

The press release further stated, “A lively discussion of the Rotary activities of the Clubs in the District followed, and the District Governor presented with two (2) pins representing the District’s PEACE initiative and her own pin. The Governor-General, in turn, presented the District Governor with a memento of Government House.”
