St Kitts and Nevis reports 13 cases in last 24 hours; active cases reach at 19
St Kitts and Nevis: As per the report by the Ministry of Health and Wellness, on May 5, 2022 (Thursday), the twin-island Federation has reported 13 new COVID-19 cases.

St Kitts and Nevis: As per the report by the Ministry of Health and Wellness, on May 5, 2022 (Thursday), the twin-island Federation has reported 13 new COVID-19 cases.
The number of cases recovered in the last 24 hours was two (2).
After the statics were added, the count of the active cases in St Kitts and Nevis reached 19. Out of the total, St Kitts has reported 19 cases, and Nevis has zero (0) COVID-19 active cases.
The number of confirmed cases reported in the twin-island Federation is around 5,583 cases. St Kitts has reported around 4,735, and Nevis has reported the remaining 848 cases.
The recovered cases in the twin-island Federation are at 5,521 since the pandemic began (April 21 2020). Out of the total, Nevis has reported 841 cases, and 4,680 cases have been reported from St Kitts.
As per the reports shared by the health ministry, the total number of deaths reported in St Kitts and Nevis is 43. Of the total, St Kitts has reported around 36 deaths, and the remaining have been reported in Nevis.
As of May 5, 2022 (Thursday), the total doses administered in St Kitts are at 44, 399 and the doses administrated in Nevis are at 14,031. In twin-island Federation, booster doses administrated are at 3,326.
All the above-mentioned statics have taken the vaccination tally to 58,430. Children who have taken the vaccination are 26,678.
The Federation has registered the cases after around three to four weeks. Earlier, it was reporting just zero (0) or one (1) case in the last 24 hours.
The government of St Kitts & Nevis has asked the resident to follow all the COVID-19 rules. The health ministry has asked the people to wear face masks, maintain social distancing and use hand sanitisers.
